The present study was conducted on quality and bioactive components in milk of Kankrej Sahiwal indigenous cattle breeds at Livestock Research Station, Kodemdesar College Veterinary Animal Science, Bikaner situated hot-arid region Rajasthan. Representative samples were collected brought to the laboratory. variance analysis observed significant effect season SFA Sahiwal, revealed that total MUFA differ significantly. Significant PUFA also observed. Omega fatty acids except Omega-9 acid seen. found highly SCFA whereas non-significant LCFA cattle. Effect MCFA various lactation stage MUFA, for nonsignificant
